1. Purposes, handling, and management of collected information
We will collect information listed in item 2 in order to plan, prepare, hold, evaluate, and make public the results of the symposium. The collected information is used for the purposes only. Also, we will properly and safely manage the information and use it in reasonable ways. We will delete the information after it has served its purpose.

In principle, the information collected for the symposium will be summed up and opened. The raw data which include separate answers will be provided to third parties except for the following cases.
– To organization committees of the next and future this symposium and their observers.
– When you agree.
– When requested based on legal grounds.
– When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it would be difficult to obtain the your consent.
– In the case of cooperating with government agencies, local public organizations, or persons who are entrusted with the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, when there is a possibility that obtaining your consent could hinder the enforce of the affairs.
4. If you make answers by which individuals can be identified, we don’t accept any responsibility, fault, duty, and liability.
