4. For Author and Presenters
The presentation style will be the following:
- Oral presentation online (15 min + Q&A)
- Oral presentation at real meeting place (15 min + Q&A)
- No poster presentation is accepted this year.
- Oral presentations will be held on January 17th and 18th. If you have preferred presentation date, could you inform us on the registration form. We might not able to meet your request.
- Presentation time might vary depending on the total number of presentations.
- Program organizing committee reserves the right to decline submissions that do not match the aim of the symposium.
- If there are a large number of applicants, please excuse that we may refuse to make a presentation.
- In addition to simply presenting your own achievement, please devise ways to make it applicable to other people's work. For example, please kindly consider introducing not only your own case but also other cases with different conditions.
- Presenters are required to submit proceedings papers. The format is at the following links.
Indicate in the submission form, if you have a preference of the date to give your presentation.
Details of the symposium will be announced in the next circular as well as in the symposium website.

5. A special program from FY2022 Tech symposium coordinators
As One of our offering program, We are ready to have a session for PLC Hands on Demo. You can have an experience to learn “what is PLC(Programmable Logic Controller”, hardware/Software, Programming for PLC and program execution of your making on the actual Hardware. There is a limit to the number of attendees who can participate in this program session, and if we receive many applications, please excuse that we may refuse it. The event will be held in the Graduate Student Seminar Room, which is a room next to the Large Seminar Room, of the Subaru Building on the Mitaka Campus.
6. Conference Proceedings
All presenters are required to submit proceedings papers of their own presentations by e-mail.
Conference Proceedings will be uploaded on the web.

Contact information will be sent to all online participants after the deadline of registration. Feel free to register if you plan to audit the symposium.
We will inform the participants about Zoom connection for the symposium later. You need to apply your participation even if you attend online only. Those who wish to attend the seminar room on the Mitaka Campus and/or the PLC Hands on Demo are also required to apply, while we may not be able to meet your request because the number of participants is limited at the room.
