The presentation style will be the following three types:

- * There is a laptop available for presenters; OS:Windows10, Microsoft Power Point 2013.

6. Fees
Registration fee: (free).
We will have a dinner party on December 21st (scheduled from 18:30) at Banya, one of bars in Kurashiki. The expenses will be approximately 4,500 YEN/person.
NAOJ will provide travel support for speakers, but the total cost can not be paid because of the limited budget.
7. Excursion Program
We will have an excursion program on the evening of Dec. 22nd (scheduled for 14:30 - 18:00). The excursion will be a facility tour in Okayama Astrophysical Observatory, NAOJ and Kyoto University 3.8m Telescope.
