The presentation style will be the following:

Oral presentation (15 min)

  • Oral presentations will be held on January 27th and 28th. If you have preferred presentation date, could you inform us on the registration form.
  • Presentation time might be changed by the total number of presentations.
  • Presenters are required to submit proceedings papers. The format is at the following links.(Sorry, mostly Japanese)

Conference Proceedings

All presenters are required to submit proceedings papers of their own presentations by e-mail.
Conference Proceedings will be uploaded on the web.

  • Paper size and format: A4(portrait) size, two - four papers. Detailed format and an example is here (Sorry, mostly Japanese).
  • File format: PDF file
  • A copy of your presentation(e.g. power point file) is not accept.
  • Format of File name: tecsym21_(YOUR-FAMILY-NAME)_(YOUR-PERSONAL-NAME).pdf
    (e.g. tecsym21_Tenmondai_Taro.pdf)
  • Deadline: February 25th, 2022(JST)
